The Brother 2504d Overlocker is the ideal solution for finishing edges and hems professionally and affordably. Sew seams, roll hems and add decorative effects with ease with this 3 or 4 thread overlocker featuring easy to follow lay-in threading, F.A.S.T. lower looper threading system, 4 colour threading guide, free-arm/flat bed convertible sewing surface and differential feed along with a host of other features to ensure greater speed, ease of use, versatility and an enhanced finish in your sewing and seams. Plus, you can enjoy one stitch operation finishing and hemming stitch options with the included Blind Stitch foot.

Together with your sewing machine, an overlocker will enable you to construct quality garments and projects with a professional finish. Garment seams lie flatter and look better with an overlock stitch. Plus, home decor projects often suggest the use of an overlocker for rolled hems and secure seams and differential feed.

Features such as the trim trap for catching scraps of fabric and storage of the foot controller when the machine is not being used and thread twist protection and needle plate separation for improved sewing quality makes the Overlocker 2504D ideal for beginners as well as more experienced tailors, the 2504D Overlocker is designed for finishing the hems and edges of a wide range of fabrics and creating decorative edges.

3 or 4 Thread Stitches

Use 4 thread overlocking to create stretchable seams that move with the garment or 3 thread overlocking to finish raw edges.

Differential Feed

Set your machine to feed and stitch two fabric with different weights or properties together. Differential Feed Ratio from 0.7mm to 2.0mm.

FAST Lower Looper Threading

Quick and easy access for lower threading. Slide the blue lever labelled 9 to the right and your lower looper moves into its threading position.

Pressure Control

Change the presser foot pressure with the turn of a dial to enable quality overlocking on different fabric weights.

Free Arm or Flat Bed

Comfortably work on projects with ample space surrounding the needle. Utilise the free arm to easily maneuver fabrics to create curved shaped pieces and small items.
